Kids Styling Policy (Ages 8 & Under) Children’s styling services are available for clients ages 8 and under. If your child is 9 years old or older, please book under adult pricing. To ensure a smooth and timely appointment, children must be able to sit for their service with minimal interruption. If a child is unable to complete the service due to continuous breaks or difficulty sitting, the appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee will be applied. If detangling is required at any point during the service, a detangling fee will be automatically added. Please note that all appointments are scheduled on a time-based system. Extensions are installed using the traditional thread and needle method for a secure, natural finish. Hair is available for purchase—please contact the stylist for pricing and availability. To receive the Family Affair Discount, please select the option at checkout. Maintenance: Proper at-home care and regular maintenance are recommended to preserve the integrity of the sew-in and your natural hair. Maintenance appointments are suggested every 2–4 weeks, depending on hair growth and lifestyle.

Hair is styled into a slick-back or braided base (pricing may vary) and secured with a protective cap. A protective coating solution is applied prior to the use of hair glue to help reduce direct contact with the natural hair. While this coating offers added protection, it does not completely prevent glue from coming into contact with the hair. Maintenance: To maintain the integrity of the style and your natural hair, proper at-home care is recommended. Avoid excessive moisture, heavy oils, or tension at the hairline. Quick weaves are considered a short-term protective style and are typically recommended for wear up to 3 weeks. Are you ready to start your loc journey? Comb twists are designed exclusively to begin your loc journey and are not a retwist service. For best results, hair should be at least 2–3 inches long to achieve well-defined coils. Hair length, texture, and technique may influence the final look, with longer hair creating longer, more defined twists. Comb twists are typically worn as a starter style for 1–2 weeks as the locs begin to form.
